About ACE BOSS
Collectors of trading cards know how important storage is, whether it be Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, sports cards or anything else from the vast array of collectable cards available.
Collectors know it’s vital to keep them safe as collections and rare cards can be worth hundreds, but only in mint condition, even slight blemishes or bends can massively damage the value of the card.
That’s why we at KeepemACE have developed the Assured Compartmented Enduring Binder Organiser Storage Solution, or ACE BOSS. The new innovative trading card protection and storage solution.
Current Problems
The D-Ring binder and plastic pages combination are synonymous with storing trading card collections, although they have a fundamental flaw with keeping the contents flat.
When laid horizontally the side of the pages closest to the D-Ring sits higher causing the pages to rest at an angle and not completely flat.
A similar problem occurs when stored vertically, pages arch and curl under their own weight. In both scenarios, pages bend and damage the cards stored within.
Our Solution
We’ve developed ACE BOSS to fix just this.
Each ACE BOSS features 2 hinged lid storage boxes and 2 elasticated wrap-around straps. Each storage box has an angled side with built in openings for D-Rings.
This patented design (GB2589127) raises the pages up off the curve of the D-Ring when lying horizontally and the wrap-around straps prevent the pages arching when stored vertically thereby ensuring the cards within are kept flat.

Specification
Each storage box is 294mm x 250mm x 20mm and each compartment within is 94mm x 68mm to accommodate standard sized trading cards.
A storage box has 9 compartments and has been designed to hold up to 30 unsleeved common thickness standard sized trading cards. That’s up to 270 cards per storage box and therefore up to 540 cards in each ACE BOSS giving plenty of space for collection swaps.
We’ve also checked how many sleeved cards or double sleeved cards each compartment can hold. Each compartment can hold 15 sleeved cards or 10 double sleeved cards, that’s 135 sleeved cards or 90 double sleeved cards per storage box and therefore up to 270 sleeved cards or 180 double sleeved cards in each ACE BOSS.
The ACE BOSS storage boxes which are made from polypropylene, an acid free, PVC free, chemically inert plastic that is ubiquitous within the trading card collecting and storage world, offer fantastic page and collection expandability, manoeuvrability and storage space unlike the standard trading card albums that come with pre-sewn in pages.
The ACE BOSS also features 18 easy lifting tabs to make removal quick and simple, you can even turn them over and convert your ACE BOSS into a sorting tray.
The D-Ring binder is widespread within the card collecting world, so we’ve designed ACE BOSS to fit into most standard D-Ring binders allowing you to seamlessly add it into your collection.
It will also work effortlessly in conjunction with most standard sized top loading and side loading 9-sleeve pocket pages while its flat surface ensures your pages lie completely flat in between each half of the ACE BOSS, so you can be sure that your cards are safe for years to come. Our testing was successfully done with Ultra Pro and Ultimate Guard brand 9-sleeve pocket pages.
